He has expertise on various range of vertical construction field of Sales & Marketing. He is primarily responsible for building construction, marketing strategies and enhancing company brand value. Inbuilt with outstanding leadership skills with an ability to build, lead and motivate team to work cohesively towards the overall achievement of organisational goals.

He has Industry experience of 18+years in Real Estate Industry. Leading and motivating the team of qualified sales & marketing professionals to cater the customers across the Navi Mumbai & Raigad District. Define, set and monitor sales targets with regards to key business parameters, customer satisfaction, Accounts, index and achieve these through team members. Penetrate competitive markets, maximize profits and market share by using a unique sales style by studying competition, analysing market trends and building sales momentum by getting involved in high-level strategy development and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key existing customers as well as developing new customers. Key role in identifying suitable investment opportunities in construction sector and setting up joint ventures / collaboration agreements with land owners and customers.

Deepak T Panjwani

Mr. Deepak T Panjwani currently working as whole-time director at

He has Industry experience of 12+years in Real Estate Industry. He monitors construction activities of site through team of service personnel to manage operations. Handling Vendors with regards to direct purchase and services. Define and manage key customer accounts in the project. This also includes working closely with the finance and construction team to achieve the company’s goals and brand target of becoming the leading after construction and sales support company in region.
